Onboarding (migrating your inventory and loading your protocols) is a one-time fee of US$ 350 to 700 depending on the size of the lab.
The database lives on our hosting and attachments (photos, PDFs, annexes) in a private Amazon S3 bucket in the us-east-2 region (United States). All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS and files are never public: they are served through short-lived signed links. Every change, every download and every export is recorded in the audit log.
